Each carving is made to order. Because of this it usually takes us 1 to 2 weeks for production, finishing, and shipping depending on current order volume.

If you wish to return your order, contact us at info@precisionpeaks.com and we will work with you to either make things right or start your return.

Custom Carvings are ineligible for return.

Each carving is unique. That is one of the things we love most about our work! Some carvings have lots of color variation. Some are uniform. Some have big knots and some have none.

We do not offer any choice in these variables at this time.

At this time we do not have our own store.

You can find our work in City on a Hill Coffee in Leadville Colorado and at the Little Elk Trading Company in Buena Vista Colorado.

We hope to expand to more shops and potentially open a flagship store in the coming years.
