Each carving is made to order. Because of this it usually takes us up to 2 weeks in production before carvings ship.
Temporary processing notice: Orders placed now need one additional week beyond the usual processing time for the item ordered before shipment. Please check the product listing for its usual turnaround. This extra week is for production/processing; carrier transit time begins after shipment and is separate. Thank you for your patience!
We stand by our product and if you are not totally satisfied, contact us within 14 Days of receiving your order so we can work with you to make it right.
Please email: info@precisionpeaks.com and we will work with you to either make a replacement or get your return processed.
Each carving is unique. That is one of the things we love most about our work! Some carvings have lots of color variation. Some are uniform. Some have big knots and some have none.
We do not offer any choice in these variables at this time.
At this time we do not have our own store.
You can find our work in City on a Hill Coffee in Leadville Colorado and at the Little Elk Trading Company in Buena Vista Colorado.
We hope to expand to more shops and potentially open a flagship store in the coming years.
